BE .IT RELIEMBERED. that on Friday, November 10th, 1950, the Board of
Commissioners met as a Board of Commissioners (ex -officio) as provided by law,
to canvass the vote cast at the Bond Election held in Salina, Kansas, November
7th, 1950.
The meeting was called to order by idayor King, the roll was called
and Commissioners King, Stephenson, Price, Ramsey and Webb and City Attorney
Clark responded.
The returns of the Bond Election were presented by the City Clerk and
opened in the presence of the Commissioners assembled, duly canvassed and the
result declared and the City Clerk was directed by vote of the Board to spread
upon the Journal the result of the canvass which is done as follows:
For the proposition 5132
Against the proposition 3193
On,.otion of Commissioner Price the City Clerk made record as to the
result of the canvass that the proposition carried as follows:
For the proposition 5432.
Against the proposition 3193
On motion of Commissioner Price the report and findings of the Canvass-
ing Board were received and ordered spread upon the records and that proposition
carried. Motion a dopted.
On motion of Commissioner Stephenson the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
