Hr. Serrault and others appeared before the Board of Commissioners, and
Com. i ss i :;nor Tlebb made not ion t o have petition chanr-ed from 2 hour parking to
1 hour parkin, on Fourth Str et from Iron Avenue to ,7alnut Street, and be pre-
sented at meeting of May 22nd, 1950. Carried.
A petition for paving Second Street from Elm Street to north Street ms
taken up and on notion of Commissioner Stephenson resolution -as introduced for
first reading. Carried. •

relating to the paving; of Second Street from the north line of Elm Street to the

Cormissioner 77ebb made motion for 'Winter Department to char;e City 45.UU
per year hydrant rental, to be paid out of ','later, Light, heat and Pourer Fund. On

Chamber of Gommerce members also brought up the cross walks on Santa Fe

of v'932.78 to Brovan and Brovn, Ino. and Johnson Bros. Construction Conpany, for
the construction of Seva e Disposal Plant. Commissioner Stephenson moved that
same be approved by the Board of Cornis si oners . Carried.
City Engineer filed plans and specificalions for curbin. , ;_utterin and
pavin�, am )rover.er_ts provided -or in Ordinances iiurioered 5466 and 546'1 (know, as
Job i,arabor 264). Connissionor Stephenson moved to accept and City Clerk be
instructed to advertise for bids to be received up to and including Ea -Y 29th,
1950 at 'x:30 o'clock P. I.T. Carried.
