Commissioner Exline moved that ordinance be introduced for first reading. Commissioner Wenger moved to approve, subject to 'Traffic Department okay. Lindblom and the National Bank of America, Co -Executors of the Estate of Emily C. Ward, Deceased, for perpetual care of the South 1/2 of Lot 31 Block 11, in the C�psumHill Cemetery, Salina, Kansas. Approved by Commissioner Ramsey. Carried. Concrete Construction Bond presented from Darrell Baker and Robert Baker, d/b/a "Baker and Son." Approved by Commissioner Ramsey. Carried. Electrician's Bond presented from Union Pacific Railroad Company. Approved by Commissioner Ramsey. Carried. City Engineer filed Estimate Number 2 in the amount of 4P22,541-78 to Young Construction Company for Sanitary Sewer (Job 339). Approved by Commissioner Ramsey. Carried. An ordinance was introduced and passed entitled: "An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
