BE IT REMEMBERED, That on Friday, March
30th, 1956 at
10:00 A. M. the
Board of
Commisssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, met as a
Board of Canvassers
sex -officio) as provided by law, to canvass ti.e vote cast at the
Special School Bond
Election
held in Salina, Kansas, March 27th, 1956.
Meeting was
called to order by Acting Mayor Hawkes,the
roll was called and
Commissioners Hawkes,
Wenger, Ramsey and Exline responded.
Commissioner Lake and
City Attorney Barta absent.
The returns
of the Special Election were
presented by
the City Clerk and
opened by the Acting Mayor in the presence of the
Commissioners
assembled, duly
canvassed and the result declared.
On motion of
Commissioner Wenger the City
Clerk was instructed
to spread
upon the
records the
result of the canvass which
is done as. follows:
