Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners August 6, 1951. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Wenger, the roll was called and Commissioners Wenger,
Cunningham and Lake responded. Commissioners Cobb and Barcafer and City Attorney
} Clark absent.

Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on Budget for the year 1955•
Mr. T. L. Willis was present and discussed many parts of the Budget for
1955.

Commissioner Lake moved that 1955 Budget be approved as advertised.
Motion adopted.

An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making a levy of taxes
for general revenue and other purposes by the City of Salina, Kansas:, for the year
1955•" Ordinance was referred to the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Lake the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
