Meeting was called to order by layor Barcafer, the roll was called and Commissioners Barcafer, Cobb, Cunningham, Lake and Wenger and City Attorney Clark responded. Notice of Hearing on lay. L. Forsyth petition to build a Tourist Court and Cabins on Lots 8, 10 and 12, in B lock 4, Episcopal Military Institute Addition, City of Salina, Kansas. No protests. Commissioner Lake moved to allow. Carried. A resolution was introduced and passed entitled: "A Resolution relating to authorization of use of certain lots as a tourist courts and cabins within the City." On motion of Commissioner Lake the resolution was adopted as read and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Barcafer, Cobb, Cunningham, Lake and Wenger (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the resolution and it is Numbered 1448. The above resolution is recorded in full on Page 229, Resolution Book Number 5. On motion of Commissioner Lake Board of Zoning Appeals adjourn 1 City Clerk 1 • C7 11 City Attorney, C. L. Clark, was instructed to arrange meeting regarding additional Off -Street Parking lots, and report. Commissioner Lake moved that Chief of Police, h. R. Salman, check t.e sale Iof certain magazines and report to the Board of Commissioners at Meeting of April j 26th, 1954. Carried. Chief of Police, Ii. R.
