Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 29, 1959. Meeting
was called to order by Acting Mayor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissioners
Ramsey, Bull, Exline and Jaeger and City Att orney Barta responded. Commissioner
McCune absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 22, 1959 and Meeting of
Board of Zoning Appeals were read and approved as read.
No persons appeared to protest the rezoning of Lots 1 to 7 inclusive in Block
1, West Haven Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, from Zone "A"
to Zone "B".

Meeting of Board of Zoning Appeals, December 29, 1959. Meeting was called
to order by Acting Mayor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissioners Ramsey, Bull,
Exline and Jaeger and City Attorney Barta responded. Commissioner McCune absent.
No protests.
A resolution was introduced and passed relating to non-compliance of Zoning
Ordinance regardiig front property line set -back for Lot 8, Block 2, Beverly Manor
Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. (1417 Pershing Street )
On motion of Commissioner Jaeger the resolution was adopted as read and on
its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey,
Bull, Exline and Jaeger (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Acting
Mayor approved the resolution and it is Numbere d 2290.
On motion of Commissioner Jaeger the Board of Zoning Appeals adjourned.
