land and easements, permits and rights for the use of the City of Salina, Kansas, in
the developing, constructing, maintaining and operating of a Flood Control System for
said City of Salina, Kansas,
On motion of Commissioner Ramsey the ordinance was read and adopted by s ec-
tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had;
Ayes: McCune, Axll, Exline, Jaeger and Ramsey (5) Nays:: (0) Mayor approved the
ordinance and it is Numbered 6403. -
A resolution was introduced and passed entitled: "A Resolution relating to the •
construction of East Ash Street Smoky Hill River Crossing, in the City of Salina, Kan-
sas."
On motion of Commissioner Ramsey the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: McCune,
Bull, Exline, Jaeger and Ramsey (5) Nays:. (0) Mayor approved the resolution and
it is Numbered 2285.

the construction of East Elm Street Smoky Hill River Crossing, in the City of Salina,
Kansas ."

City at large and 50% to the Benefit Distr ict. Carried.

Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb, from Cloud Street to
