Regular Meetin of the Board of Commissio m rs March 10, 1959. Meeti^g was
called to order by Mayor Jaeger, the roll was called and Commissioners Jaeger, Exline,
McCune, Ramsey and Wenger and City Attorney Barta responded.
Commissioner Exline moved that resolution be introduced for first reading
for the paving of Fifth Street from Harsh to Euclid.

Commissioner Ramsey moved that resolution be introduced for first reading
for the curbing, guttering and paving Albert Avenue from Roach to Ohio.

Commissioner Wenger moved that resolution be introduced for first reading
for the curbing, guttering and paving of Quincy Street from Leslie to Wayne.

Approved by Commissioner Wenger.
Application for Cereal Malt Beverage License presented by Izora 0. Kerfoot,
d/b/a "Rain -Bo Gardens", 636 South Broadway, Salina,Kansas.
Commissioner McCune moved that application be approved and license gr -anted.
The following petitions were presented and on motion of Commissioner Wenger
referred to City Manager:
Concret e Paving East Beloit from Lewis to Ohio.
Sanitary Sewer to serve Lots 4,5,6,7,8 Block 5 and Lots 1,5,6,7 Block 6, all
in Walnut Grove Addition.
Sanitary Sew er to serve Blocks 1, 2 and 3 in Moose Addition, Salina, Kansas.
Paving all streets in Sunset Manor Addition, west of Broadway Boulevard.
The followitZ petitions were,"presented and on motion of Commissioner Wenger
referred to City Planning Commission:
Rezoning West 1/2 Block 32 Military Addition to "C"
• Rezoning Lots 8,9,10 Block 4, Oakdale Addition to "C".
Rezoning East 1/2 Block 1, Calkin's Addition to 'IF",
Petition and Plat for approval of Bonnie Ridge Addition.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 3, 1959 were read and approveid as
read.
Commissioner Wenger moved that resolution be introduced for first reading
for sidewalk on North side of Max Avenue from the east line of Quincy Street to the
west line of Norton Street.

for the construction of Main Sewer "AH" Upper Mill Heights, also Lateral Sanitary
