Meeting was called to order by Mayor Jaeger, the roll was called and Commissioners Jaeger, Exline, McCune, Ramsey and Wenger. and.City Attorney Barta responded. The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 2, 1958 were read and approved as read. No persons appeared to protest the rezoning of the following described property: South 110 feet of Lot 5, Block 10, Depot Addition from "F"- to "E". Lots 2 and 4, Block 13, EMI Addition from "B" to "C". Lots 26 and 28,. Block 3, Riverside Park Addition from "A"to "B". • I I Lots 14,16,18, Block 1, College ViewAddition from "A" to "B". Commissioner_- McCune moved that Zoning g Ordinance be introduced for first reading. Ordinance passed:_ 1 �� Number y(_�4 A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A Resolution relat- ing to the paving and grading.of Stack Avenue with concrete, Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter,from the east line of Ohio Street to the west line of. Connecticut Avenue." On motion of Commissioner Wenger the resolution was adopted asread and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Jaeger, Exlin e, McCune, Ramsey and Wenger (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the resolution and it is Numbered 2101. A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled: "A Resolution relat- ing to the curbing, guttering, -paving and grading of Second Street with concrete, Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb, from the north line of North Street to the south line of Railroad Street." On motion of Commissioner Wenger the resolution was adopted as read and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Jaeger, Exline, McCune, Ramsey and Wenger (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the resolution and it is Numbered 2102. Commissioner.Wenger.moved that City Limit Ordinance be introduced for first reading.
