Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners May 20th, 1958. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Jaeger, the roll was called and Commissioners Jaeger, Exline,
i�icuune, Ramsey and Wenger and City Attorney Barta responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 13th, 1958 were read and approved as
read.
City manager reported on Petition Number 2029, protesting the concrete paving
of Stack Avenue from Delaware to Missouri. 51.7% against.
Commissioner McCune moved to refer to City Attorney.
City Manager reported on the following petitions:
2021 Curb, gutter and paving with asphalt Osage from Cloud Circle to Pawnee. 100%
Commissioner Ramsey moved that Resolution be introduced for first reading.

Commissioner Exline moved that Resolution be introduced for first reading.

Commissioner AcCune moved that petition be denied.
2025 Paving Vassar Drive in Sunset Village Addition with hot mix. 80%
Commissioner Wenger moved that Resolution be introduced for first reading.

The follo-,Lng letters presented from City Planning Commission:
Approving additional trailer space for Traco 'frailer Court, under certain
requirements.
Commissioner Exline moved to approve recommendations of City Planning Commission.
Not approving the property in Block 1, Phillips East Salina,ka.nsas to Zone "D"
for Filling Station. (Corner of Iron and Ohio)
Commissioner Exline moved to accept a nd petition denied.
Nineteen Resolutions Nos. 1964 to 1982 for surfacing of ertain streets, 2/3 to
property owners,1/3 to City, ready to be nut into a construction ordinance.
Commissioner PbCune moved that construction ordinance be introduced for first
reading. \

Approved by Commissioner Wenger.
Petition for concrete paving 200 Block on North Des Moines.
Commissioner Wenger moved to refer to City Manager.
Am ordinance was introduced and passed entitled: "An ordinance making an
appropriation for the payment ofcertain claims."
On motion of CommissionerMcCune the ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
Jaeger, Exline, McCune, Ramsey and Wenger (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the
ordinance and it is Numbered A-907.
On motion of Commissioner McCune the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
