20-7885 Additional Leave to Recognize Essential Employees RESOLUTION NUMBER 20-7885 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL LEAVE TO RECOGNIZE ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEES WORKING THROUGH THE STAY- AT-HOME ORDER AND NOT ON A SHARED WORK PLAN OR FURLOUGH. BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to provide additional leave to recognize essential employees working through the stay-at-home order and not on a Shared Work plan or furlough, subject to approved guidelines. Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 5th day of October,2020. Michael L.
