Meeting was called to order by Mayor Exline, the roll -was called and Commissioners Exline, Jaeger, McCune, Ramsey and Wenger and City.Attorney Barta responded. The minutes of the Regula r Meeting of February 18th, 1958 were read and ap- proved as read. No persons appeared to protest against the rezoning from Zone "B" to Zone 'IF" Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, and all of Lot 3, except the south 100 feet thereof in Surveyors Plat "G", Salina, Kansas. Commissioner Ramsey moved that Zoning Ordinance be introduced for first reading. / Ordinance passed: ��, Number Letter presented from City Planning Commission recommending that Petition Number 1961, filed by C. N. Hoffman, as agent for Mrs. Claire Hoffman and Mrs. T. P. Worsley, for the rezoning of the land described in said petition from "A" Residential to "D" Local Business be approved. Commissioner Wenger moved to accept and City Clerk instructed to give thirty days Notice. Carried. Commissioner Wenger moved that resolution be introduced for first reading for the curbing, guttering and paving of Ruskin Road from Claremont Drive to Marymount Road. Letter received from Airport Sales Corporation asking for contract to install a Mechanical Insurance Vending Machine at Salina Municipal Airport. Commissioner Wenger moved to accept. Carried. • Appraisers reports filed for curbing, guttering and/or paving certain streets provided for in Engineer Job 360. Commissioner Ramsey moved to set Hearing Date for March 11th, 1958 at four o'clock P. M.
