Special Meeting o the Board of Commissiorars May 31, 1957• Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Exlim , the roll was called and Commissioners Exline, Jaeger,
14cCune and Ramsey and City Attorney Barta responded. Commissioner Wenger absent.
Meeting was held for the purpose of considering a resolution authorizing the
Acceptance of a Grant Offer from the United States of America relating to the devel-
opment of The Salina Municipal Airport, Salina, Kansas.
A resolution was introduced and passed, authorizing the Acceptance of a Grant
Offer from the United States of America, relating to the Development of The Salina
Municipal Airport, Salina, Kansas.
• On motion of Commissioner McCune the resolution was adopted as read and on
its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Exline,
Jaeger, McCune and Ramsey (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner Wenger absent. Mayor ap-
proved the resolution and it is Numbered 1817.

WAIVER OF NOTICE

We, the undersigned, the duly elected, qualified and acting
Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereby waive the
written Notice of Special Meeting, as provided by G.S. 1949,
13-2008, called by the Mayor, R. F. Exline, to meet at the City
Hall, Salina, Kansas, on May 31, 1957, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. for
the purpose of considering a Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance
of a Grant Offer from the United States Relating to the Development
of the Salina Municipal Airport, Salina, Kansas.
