Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners April 6th, 1957. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Hawkes, the roll was called and Commissioners Hawkes,
Lxline, Lake, Ramsey and Wenger, and City Attorney Barta responded.
Petition asking for the rezoning of Lots 8 and 9, Replat of Block 5, in
Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, from Zone "C" to Zone "D" was taken
up by the Board of Commissioners.
Commissioner Lake moved to accept and rezone property, and that ordinance
be introduced for first reading. Carried.

On motion of Commissio r Wenger, Board of Commissioners adjourned.

Commissioners of the Citjr of Salina, Kansas , herebv waive the
written Notice of Special Meeting, as provided by C.S. 1949,
13-2008, called by Vie Mayor, A. 14. Hawkes, for Saturday, April 6,
1957, at L;:00 o'clock P.M. in the Commissioners Room, City. Hall,
Salina, Kansas, for t'ze purpose of considering and acting on the
Petition No. 183? filed by Frank L. Barbee for rezoning of Lots 8
and 9, re -plat of Block 5, Oakdale Addition to t'ae City of Salina,
Kansas, fro• Class C to Class D.
