Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners August 2, 1963. Meeting was called to
order by Mayor Spangler, the roll was called and Commissioners Spangler, Bull, Exline and
Rundquist and City'Attorney:Bengtson. Commissioner Tucker absent.
On motion of Commissioner Rundquist, seconded by Commissioner Bull the Tax Levy be
amended as follows:
