Esther Pineda, Bill Gerry, James D. Hill, Glen Kochanowski, Recording Secretary Ann Haden.
President Tony Blair brought the meeting to order.
Minutes of the December 10, 2009 meeting were approved.
New Business. Following discussion of Article IV, Section 3, and Article V, Section 4, reference term
limits, it was decided to consider expanding the maximum term for board members in order to
maintain experience on the board for elected positions. Chief Hill will research and present the board
with draft term limit language for their consideration at the April meeting. Ann will create a
spreadsheet showing board member’s service dates.
