Members Present. Earle Bess, Tony Blair, Lucila Corley, Gary Cummings, Sister Esther Pineda, James D. Hill,
Glen Kochanowski, Recording Secretary Ann Haden.
Minutes of the October 14, 2010 meeting were approved as presented.
New Business.
The results of election of officers are as follows.
Dorothy Armster was re-elected to the position of board member for a three year term, pending her
acceptance of the position. She was not present at the meeting.
Gary Cummings was re-elected to the position of board member for a three year term.
Tony Blair was re-elected to the position of President for a two year term.
Lucy Corley resigned her position as Vice President effective January 2011. She will continue to serve
as board member until further notice. Earle Bess was elected to the position of Vice President for the
year 2011.
In the event that Dorothy declines the board member position, Earle Bess volunteered to begin a search for
board member candidates.

The next scheduled meeting is February 10, 2011, 0700 at 255 N. 10 in Room 207 of the Salina Police
Department.
