Members Present. Dorothy Armster, Earle Bess, Tony Blair, Gary Cummings, Sister Esther Pineda, Bill Gerry,
James D. Hill, Glen Kochanowski, Recording Secretary Ann Haden.
Minutes of the December 9, 2010 meeting were approved as presented.
New Business.
Dorothy Armster accepted re-election to the position of board member for a three year term.
Ann distributed the Years of Service spreadsheet for 2011.
Chief Hill presented information on the synthetic drug issue in our community in the form of bath salts
and potpourri.
Complaints.
None to report. The 2010 annual report was completed and submitted. There were no complaints
reported in 2010.
Old Business.
The Racial Profile committee supports a bias based policing senate bill which is being considered.

The next scheduled meeting is April 14, 2011, 0700 at 255 N. 10 in Room 207 of the Salina Police Department.
