Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners May 6, 1963. Meeting was called to
order by Mayor Spangler, the roll was called and Commissioners Spangler, Bull, Exline,
Tucker and Rundquist and City Attorney Bengtson responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 30, 1963 were read and approved.
On motion of Commissioner Exline, seconded by Commissioner Bull a City Limits
ordinance was introduced for first reading Carried

Petition number 2684 was checked for the paving of Greeley Avenue. On motion of
Commissioner Bull, seconded by Commissioner Exline the petition was approved. Carried.

Petition number 2684 was checked for the vacation of a 5 foot alley near Lot 15,
Block 18 EMI Addition. On motion of Commissioner Bull, seconded by Commissioner Exline
the petition was approved and an ordinance was introduced for first reading . Carried.

Application for the trimming & treating of Trees & Shrubs was filed by Jerry Green
d/b/a Green Tree Service. On motion of Commissioner Tucker, seconded by Commissioner
Rundquist the application was approved. Carried.
Application for the trimming & treating of Trees & Shrubs was filed by Jim Rick &
John Aguras d/b/a Tree Sprayers Imperial. On motion of Commissioner Tucker, seconded by
Commissioner Rundquist the application was approved. Carried.
Application for construction of driveways at 1820 S. 9th was filed by B & B
Construction Co. of Youngstown, Ohio. On motion of Commissioner Bull, seconded by
Commissioner Exline the application was approved.
On motion of Commissioner Rundquist, seconded by Commissioner Tucker an ordinance
was introduced for first reading repealing ordinance 6703. Carried.. / f

Petition number 2686 was filed for the rezoning of S. 119' Lot 5, Block T9 Key Acres
Addition from Zone "D" to Zone "E". On motion of Commissioner Exline, seconded by
Commissioner Bull the petition was referred to the City Planning Commission. Carried.
Letter was received from the City Planning Commission regarding petition number 2667.
On motion of Commissioner Bull, seconded by Commissioner Rundquist the letter was held
over for one week. Carried.
Letter was received from the City Planning Commission Regarding petition number 2520.
On motion of Commissioner Bull, seconded by Commissioner Exline the letter was held for
consideration. Carried. •
Letter was received from the City Planning Commission regarding petition number 2674.
On motion of Commissioner Exline, seconded by Commissioner Bull the letter was approved
and the City Clerk was instructed to publish notice. Carried.
An ordinance was introduced and passed entitled: "An ordinance making an
appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Bull, seconded by Commissioner Exline the ordinance was
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the following vote washad; Ayes: Spangler,
Bull, Exline, Rundquist and Tucker (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the ordinance and it is
Numbered A-1170. Carried.
An ordinance wasintroduced and passed entitled: "An ordinance making an
