Meeting was called to order by Mayor Exlire, the roll was called and Commissioners Exline, Bull and Tucker and City Attorney Bengtson responded. Commissioners Banker and Spangler absent. The minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 17th, 1962 and Zoning Board Meeting of April 17th, 1962 read and approved as read.
