Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Exline, the roll was called and Commissioners Exline, Banker, Spangler and Tucker and City Attorney Bengtson responded. Commissioner Bull absent. Minutes of Regular Meeting of Parch 27th, 1962 and Zoning Board Meeting of March 27th, 1962 read and approved as read. Bids on two-way radios. Motion by Spangler, seconded by Tucker hold one week for checking. Carried. Bids on gasoline for Street Department tanks. Motion by T ucker, seconded by Spangler award bid to Hi -Quality Lo -Cost Ser- vice Station, Inc., subject to approval of City Manager. Carried. Motion by Spangler, seconded by Tucker refer to City Planning Commission. 0 Resolution introduced and passed entitled: "A Resolution directing and order- ing a public hearing on the advisability of street, sewer and water mains and hydrant improvements in certain districts and giving notice of such hearing." Motion by Spangler, seconded by Tucker resolution adopted as read by the fol- lowing vote; Ayes: Exline, Banker, Spangler and Tucker (4) Nays:. (0) Commission- er Bull absent. Ordinance introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof."
