Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 26, 1961. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Bill, the roll was called and Commissioners Bull, Banker,
Exline, Spangler and T ucker and City Attorney Bengtson responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 19, 1961 and Zoning Board Meeting
of December 19th, werezead and approved as read.
Bids -on Air Compressor;
Motion by Spangler, seconded by Exline refer to City Manager for checking. Carri
Bids for Crawler Tractor and Loader.
Motion by Spangler, seconded by Exline refer to City Manager for checking. Carrie .
Bids on three Police Cars and Truck.
Motion by Spangler, seconded by Exline refer to City Manager for checking. Carrie
• Ordinance introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance providing for
the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 5549 and the Zoning District Map therein and
thereby adopted, and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and
prescribing the proper uses thereof.
Motion by Tucker, seconded by Exline ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:

and it is Numbered 6589.

tion 12-103 of the Code of the City of Salina, Kansas 1960.11
Motion by Spangler, seconded by Tucker ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
Bull, Banker, Exline, Spangler and Tucker (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the ordinance
and it is Numbered 6590.
