Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 5th, 1961. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Bull., the roll was called and Commissioners Bull, Banker,
Exline, Spangler and Tucker and City Attorney Bengtson responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 28th, 1961 were read and ap-
proved as read.
Ordinance introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance prop biting
the oonnectidia�with or the discharge into the Sanitary Sewers of the City of Salina,
Kansas, of any ground, surface water, subsurface drainage or any roof, yard, court
or areaway water."
Motion by Tucker seconded by Banker ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
Bull, Banker., Exline, Spangler and Tucker (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the ordi-
nance and it is Numbered 6585 •
Final Estimate and Change Order on Park Building to Busboom and Rauh, $4961.00.
Motion by Spangler, seconded by Banker approve.
Motion by Tucker, seconded by Spangler~ ordinance introduced for first reading
prescribing the corporate limits of said City, including land described in Ordinance
Numbers 6516 and 6525 and repealing Section 3 of Ordinance Number 6497•/"

Petition for Special Class Zoning of Lot 2, less the West 105 feet and the
West 8 feet of Lot 3, in Lamer's lst Sub -Division to permit the construction of a
Mobile Homes Court for two units.
Motion by Tucker, seconded by Spangler refer to City Planning Commission.

appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
