Meeting was called to order by Mayor Bull., the roll was called and Commissioners Bull, Banker, Exling,Spangler and Tucker and City Attorney Bengtson responded. The minutes of he Regular Meeting of October 17th, 1961 were read and approved as read. Pursuant to Notice published in the official City paper, bids w ere received for the sale of the following City of Salina General Improvement Bonds: Series S-187 $276,297.60 for 10 years Series P-188 $320,706.83 for 10 years Series P-189 $605,942.89 for 20 years Total - - - ---- - 013202,947-32 Motion by Spangler, seconded by Banker award to City National Bank and Trust Company; lowest interest cost to City, and return checks to unsuccessful. bidders.
