COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, CANVASSING BOARD MEETING • COMMISSIONERS' ROOM SALI NA, KANSAS. APRIL 71 1961 BE IT REMEMBERED, That on Friday, April 7th, 1961, The Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, met as a Board of Canvassers (ex -officio) as provided by law, to canvass the voce cast at the Regular City Election held on April 4th, 1961. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Ramsey,the roll was called and Commissioners Ramsey, Bull, Exline, Jaeger and Spangler responded. Commissioner Barta absent. The returns of the City Election were presented by the City Clerk and opened by the Mayor in the presence of the Commi.ssiom rs of the Commissioners assembled, duly canvassed and the results declared. On motion of Commissioner Bull the City Clerk was instructed to spread upon the Journal the result of the canvass which is done as follows: CITY COMMISSIONERS Votes Harry Harold John Carl Gaylord.
