• [1 1 CANVASSING BOARD MEET ING COMMISSIONERS ROCK SALINA, KANSAS MARCH 24, 1961 BE IT REMEMBERED, that on iti.day, March 24, 1961, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, met as a Board of CAnvassers, (ex -officio) as provided by law to c anvass the vote cast at t he Primary Election held in Salina, Kansas, March 21,, 1961. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commis- sioners Ramsey, Exline and Jaeger responded. Commissioners Spangler and Bull absent. The returns of Election presented by City Clerk and opened by Mayor in the presence of Commissioners assembled; duly canvassed and the vote declared.
