Regular Meeting of the Board of Coonm issioners January 3, 1961. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissioners Ramsey, Bull,
Exline and Jaeger and City Attorney Barta responded. Commissioner McCune absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 27th, 1960 were read and
approved as read.
Financial Feasibility Report of Sewage Plant Improvemenfts and Waterworks System
Improvements for City of Salina, Kansas, received from First Securities Company of
Wichita, Kansas.

A Resolution was introduced and passed entitled: "A resolution aut orizi.ng and
providing for the issuance of Temporary Notes of the City of Salina, Kansas, in the sum
of $227,163.00 to pay a portion ofthe cost of improving certain streets in the City of
Salina tobe designated as Series PT -54 pending the issuance of bonds to pay the cost
of said work."
On motion of Commissioner Exline the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey,
Bull, Exline and Jaeger (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayor approved
the resolution and it is Numbered 2448. �
A resolution was introduced and passed entitled: "A resolution authorizing
the conveyance of certain land."
On motion of Commissioner Bull the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey, •
Bull, Exline and Jaeger (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayor
approved the resolution and it is Numbered 2449.
Commissioner Exline moved to table for one week to study Report.

On motion of Commissioner Bull the ordinance w asread and adoped by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
Ramsey, Bull, Exli.ne and Jaeger (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayor
approved the ordinance and it is Numbered A-1049.
An ordinance was introduced and passed entitled: "An ordinance making an appro-

tions and on its final adoption the roll waa called and the following vote was had;
