Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 20, 1960. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissiomrs Ramsey., Bull,
Exline and Haeger and and
City Attorney Barta absent.
The minutes of the Regular, Meeting of December 13th, 1960 and Meeting of Board
of Zoning Appeals of December 13th, 1960 were read and approved as read.
No persons appeared to protest the rezoning of Lot 10, Block 1; Lots 12,13,14,
15, Block 9; Lots 11.,12,13 in B lock 15; Lot 5 Block 19, in Key Acres Addition to Zone

Commissioner Bull moved that Zoning Ordinance be introduced for first reading.

The followin resolutions were introduced for second reading:
• "A Resolution relating tothe curbing, gutteri.ng,paving and grading of Francis
Street with concrete, Thirty-three (33) feet wide, from b ack of curb to b ack of curb,
from the south line of YorkAvenue south 127 feet."
On motion of Commissioner Bull the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the following vo a was had; Ayes: Ramsey,
Bull, Exline and Jaeger (11) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayor approved
the resolution and it is Numbered 2442.
"A Resolution relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of the
East side of Fourth Street with concrete, Thirty (30) feet wide from back of curb to
edge of pavement, from the north line of Bond Street to the south line of Wilson Street."
On motion of Commissioner Bull the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey, Bull,
Exline and Jaeger (11) Nays (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayor approved the
resolution and it is Numbered 211113•
"A Resolution relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Stack
Avenue with concrete, Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb,
from the west side of Missouri Avenue to the east side of Indiana Avenue."
on motion of Commissioner Bull the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the followirg vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey,
Bull, Exline and Jaeger (11) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayor approved
the resolution and it is Numbered 2111111.
"A Resolution relating to the paving and grading of Stapler Avenue with con-
crete, T wenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter, from the east
• I line of Delaware Avenue to the west line of Indiana Avenue . "
On motion of Commissioner Bull the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the followinvote was had; Ayes: Ramsey,
Bull, Exline and Jaeger (11) Nays: (0) Commissioner -McCune absent. Mayor approved
the resolution and it is Numbered 211115•

Parking Lot Stickers.
Commissioner Jaeger moved to approve Policy for sale of Parking Lot Stickers.

ue to Cloud Street.

curb, from Cloud Street to Cloud Street; and relating to and providing for the collec-
tion and payment of such assessments."
On motion of Commissioner Exline the ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the followirg vote was had; Ayes:

On motion of Commissioner Exline the ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:

Meeting of Board of Zoning Appeals, December 20, 1960. Meeting was called
to order b -v Mayor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissioners Ramsey, Bull, Exline
and Jaeger and City Attorney Barta responded. Commissioner McCune absent.
Hearing was held on Appeal Notice filed by Howard Johnson Motel for the author-
ization of Lot 9, Block 1, Key Acres Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, as a Mo-
tel and Tourist Cabin Camp.
No protests.
A resolution was introduced and passed entitled: "A Resolution relating to
authorization of use of certain lots as a Motel and Tourist Cabin Camp within the City,
under Section 13, Ordinance Number 5519."
On motion of Commissioner Bull the resolution was adopted as read and on its
final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey, Bull,
Exline and Jaeger (14) Nays: (0) Commissioner McCune absent. Mayorapproved the
resolution and it is Num ered 21.4146.
