Regular Meet ing of the Board of Commissioners
March 1, 1960. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor McCune, the roll was called
and Commissioners McCune, Bull,
Exline, Jaeger and Ramsey and City Att orney Barta
responded.
The minutes of the Regular,- Meetirg of Fe
ruary 23, 1960 and Board of Zoning
Appeals Meeting of February 23, 1960 w ere read aid
approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for second r
ading entitled : "An ordinance pro-
viding for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Numb
3r 5549 and the Zoning District Map
therein and there by adopted and providing forte
rezoning of certain property within
the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.'
On motion of Commissioner Exline the ordinance
was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and
the following vote was had; Ayes:
McCune, Bull, Exline, Jaeger and Ramsey (5)
s: (0) Mayor approved the ordinance
and it is Numbered 6120.
Commissioner Ramsey moved that ordinance
be introduced for first reading pro-
viding for the curbing, guttering and paving streets
in Jarvis Addition.

Commissioner Jaeger moved that ordinance
be introduced for firs t reading for
the vacation of certain streets within the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

was adopted as read and on its final
adoption the roll was called and the following vote
was had; Ayes: McCune, Bull,
Exline, Jaeger and Ramsey (5) Nays: (0) Mayor
approved the resolution and it is
Numbered 2317.
A resolution was introduced for first reading
entitled "A Resolution relat-
ing to the curbin, guttering and paving of Rahm Street
from Third Street to Fourth
Street."

and sanitary sewers in Blocks 7-11
inclusive, Gebhart Manor Addition.
On motion of Commissioner Bull referred to
City Manager.
For the vacation of that portion of North-South
alley lying between Lots 175
and 177 on South Fourth Street ; and Lots 176 and
178 on South Third Street, Original
Town of Salina, Kansas .
On motion of Commissioner Ramsey referred
to City Manager.
Petitionfor two-hour parking zone in front
of 1211, 1213, 1215 and 1217 South
° Santa Fe Avenue.
On motion of Commissioner Ramsey referred
to Traffic Department.

to bring City Planning and Zoning Guide up to date.
Commissioner Ramsey moved to refer to City Manager.
An ordinance was introduced and passed entitled "An ordinance making an
appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Ramsey the ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
McCune, Bull, Exline, Jaeger and Ramsey (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the ordinance
and it is Numbered A-1005.
On motion of Commissioner Jaeger the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
