We,the undersigned,being duly elected,qualified and acting Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas and constituting a majority of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,Kansas,do hereby
consent to the holding of a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas
w on the 24th day of June, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. for the purpose of the following:
Consideration of a motion approving the proposed Consent Decree and authorize the City of Salina mayor
to sign the document on behalf of the City of Salina. (Public comment would follow a motion and board
discussion)
