COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS - REGULAR MEETING

Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners March 14, 1966. Meeting was called to
order by Mayor Stark, the roll was called and Commissioners Stark, Casebeer, Rundquist,
Waddell, City Attorney Bengtson and City Manager Olson responded. Commissioner Exline absent'
The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 7 1966 were read and approved.
Hearing was held on Resolution Number 2864, for Sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main,
Curbing, guttering and pavement of Elmhurst Boulevard, from Ohio Street to Roach Street, in
Job 461. As there were no protests filed, written or oral, Commissioner Rundquist made a
_,motion, seconded by Commissioner Casebeer, that the resolution be accepted and approved and
...' the hearing be adjourned. Carried.
Commissioner Waddell brought up some things that he thought should be checked out:
(a) Speed regulation signs in Indian Rock Park.
(b) Taxicab service at the Airport and Railroad Station.
(c) Ask City Planning Commission to reconsider property that has been Zoned
for specific Zones and not used.
City Manager mentioned dates of March 22, 23, and 24, when the Municipal Code Company
would be here to go over ordinance revisions; April 18 - Special School Day for City
Administration; and April 21, 22, 23 - City Manager School.
I An ordinance was introduced and passed entitled: "AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Casebeer, the ordinance was
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the following vote was had: Ayes: Stark,
Casebeer, Rundquist, Waddell (4). Nays: (0). Commissioner Exline absent. Mayor approved
the ordinance and it is numbered A-1319. Carried.
On motion of Commissioner Rundquist, the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
