Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners September 17, 1964. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Rundquist, the roll was called and Commissioners Rundquist,
Spangler, and Stark responded. Commissioners Bull and Exline and City Attorney
Bengtson absent.
A letter was received from the City Planning Commission approving petition number
2783 for the rezoning of Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, Block 10, Shalimar Plaza Addition i
to Zone "D". On motion of Commissioner Spangler, seconded by Commissioner Stark
the letter was accepted and approved and the City Clerk was instructed to publish
Notice of Hearing as required by law.
On motion of Commissioner Spangler the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
