A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
iREEMENT WITH BOB SMITH SALVAGE, INC. FOR REMOVAL OF A
TY -OWNED HOUSE AT 437 SOUTH FIFTH STREET IN THE CITY OF SALINA,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
reement with Bob Smith Salvage, Inc. for removal of a City -owned house
cated at 437 South Fifth Street, in the City of Salina, subject to the terms
conditions of the agreement, at no expense to the City.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
