AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE was introduced and passed entitled: "AN ORDINANCE
making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims." (bills - $163,267.23) A
motion was made by Commissioner Losik, seconded by Commissioner Ashton to adopt the
ordinance as read and the following vote was had: Ayes: Ashton, Losik, Weisgerber,
Caldwell (4)., Nays: (0). Carried. The Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered
