Commissioner Losik mentioned that the executive
meetings should be discontinued
except for matters concerning personnel, litigations, and
real estate transactions, for
which executive meeings would be necessary.
Commissioner Ashton stated that he did not believe
anything had ever been
discussed in an executive meeting which was not discussed
in public meeting. He feels
