A motion was made by Commissioner Weisgerber, seconded by Commissioner Losik to refer the petition to the City Engineer. The City Attorney suggested that since there will be no meeting next week, the City Commissioners could put an ordinance on first reading to speed up the process, and approve or deny it at the October 4th meeting, when the City Engineer makes his recommendation.
