09-07-1970 MinutesA RESOLUTION was introduced and passed entitled: "A RESOLUTION Amending
Resolution Number 3067 which authorized and established certain charges for the operation
of the Salina Municipal Golf Course". (Changing the green fees to a winter rate of $2.25
for 18 holes, and $1.50 for 9 holes, and changing the annual memberships for individuals
to $100.00, and $25.00 for each additional member of the family - effective September 1, 1970
A motion was made by Commissioner Ashton, seconded by Commissioner Millikan to adopt the
Resolution as read and the following vote was had: Ayes: Ashton, Millikan, Rundquist,
Caldwell (4). Nays: (0). Commissioner Yost absent. Mayor approved the Resolution and
it is numbered 3069. Carried.
COMMISSIONER RUNDQUIST asked about the placement of School Crossing Guards. The
City Manager stated that the Police Department and School Officials met and established wher
the 22 guards were to be stationed.
On a motion by Commissioner Rundquist, the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
