RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-5242
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH FIRST BANK KANSAS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ON SANTA
FE AVENUE IN THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license
agreement with First Bank Kansas for construction and maintenance of
improvements in
the public
right-of-way in
the
Original Townsite of Salina,
Kansas, subject
to the terms
and conditions of
the
agreement.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 9th day of February, 1998.
