WAIVER AND CONSENT TO HOLD
A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
We, the undersigned, being the duly elected, qualified and
acting Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, and constituting
all the Board of Commissioners of said City of Salina, Kansas, do
hereby waive notice and consent to the holding of a special meeting
of said Board of Commissioners on the 24th day of March, 1970, at
4:00 o'clock P.M., for the purpose of considering the business
regularly scheduled to come before said Board of Commissioners on
March 23, 1970, at 4:00 o'clock P.M., the regularly scheduled
meeting date.
