A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH DOUGLAS F. AND KATHLEEN M. BRADLEY FOR WATER AND SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE AND CONSENT TO FUTURE ANNEXATION IN THE REPLAT OF
SOUTH SALINA SERVICE CENTER ADDITION, A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT (P.D.D.) ADDITION, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the execution of an agreement with Douglas F. and Kathleen M.
Bradley for water and sanitary sewer service and consent to future annexation, subject to the terms
