A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held in the Commissioners'
Room, City Hall, on Wednesday, December 4, 1968, at two o'clock p.m.
There were present:
Mayor William W. Yost, Chairman presiding
Commissioner Charles W. Casebeer
Commissioner Carl R. Rundquist
Commissioner Robert M. Stark
comprising a quorum of the Board, also
Norris Olson, City Manager

Commissioner G. N. Waddell

L. 0. Bengtson, City Attorney
The meeting was called for the purposes of: (1) establishing a time and date for
accepting bids from interested contractors for the completion of work on the Police
Administration Building; and (2) establishing a time and date for accepting bids from
interested suppliers for delivery of five (5) automobiles to the City of Salina, Kansas.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stark, seconded by Commissioner Rundquist to
set the date to accept bids from interested contractors for the completion of the work on
the Police Administration Building, and to instruct the City Clerk to advertise for bids
to be received on December 16, 1968. Ayes: (4). Nays: (0). Motion carried.
A motion was made by Commissioner Casebeer, seconded by Commissioner Stark to
set the date to accept bids from interested suppliers for the delivery of five automobiles
and to instruct the City Clerk to advertise for bids to be received on December 23, 1968.
Ayes: (4). Nays: (0). Motion carried.
On a motion by Commissioner Rundquist, the Special Meeting adjourned.
