Commissioners' Meeting
September 17, 1968
A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held in the Commissioners'
Room, City Hall, on Tuesday, September 17, 1968, at ten -thirty o'clock a.m.
There were present:
Mayor William W. Yost, Chairman presiding.
Commissioner Charles W. Casebeer
Commissioner Carl R. Rundquist
Commissioner Robert M. Stark
Commissioner G. N. Waddell
comprising a quorum of the Board, also
L. 0. Bengtson, City Attorney
William E. Harris, Director of Administration
D. L. Harrison, City Clerk
Absent:
Norris Olson, City Manager
The meeting was called for the purpose of establishing a time and date for
accepting bids from interested contractors for construction of an eighteen -hole golf course
on the Airport Park property, Salina, Kansas.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stark, seconded by Commissioner Rundquist
to instruct the City Clerk to advertise for bids to be received until 4:00 o'clock p.m.,
Monday, September 30, 1968, for the construction of the eighteen -hole golf course.
Ayes: (5). Nays: (0). Motion carried.
On a motion by Commissioner Casebeer, the Special Meeting adjourned.
