A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH EARLES & RIGGS AND THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE WALNUT STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT
PROJECT 97-1069.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Earles
& Riggs and the Kansas Department of Transportation for the Walnut Street Bridge Replacement
Project 97-1069 subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an amount not to exceed
$ 32,151.73.
