The Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners met in the Commissioners' Room,
City -County Building, on Monday, June 18, 1973, at four o'clock p.m.
There were present:
Acting Mayor William Usher, Chairman presiding
Commissioner Robert C. Caldwell
which did not comprise a quorum of the Board; also:
Ron Barta, Assistant City Attorney
Norris D. Olson, City Manager
D. L. Harrison, City Clerk
Absent:
Mayor Jack Weisgerber
Commissioner Norma G. Cooper
Commissioner Mike Losik, Jr.
L. 0. Bengtson, City Attorney

WAIVER AND CONSENT TO HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
We, the undersigned, being the duly elected,
qualified and acting Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas, and constituting a majority of the
Board of Commissioners of said City of Salina, Kansas,
do hereby waive notice and consent to the holding of
a special meeting of said Board of Commissioners on
the 19th day of June, 1973, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.,
for the purpose of considering:
A REQUEST -from Dale Whitehead, Regional
Engineer of Champlin, to construct three
forty foot driveways at their station at
the Northwest corner of Iron Avenue and
Ohio Street.
