20-7827 Amending 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Program RESOLUTION NUMBER 20-7827 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2020-2024 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS BY DESIGNATING THE STATUS OF eL AND,IN CERTAIN CASES,RE-DESIGNATING THE FUNDING SOURCE FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS AND PURCHASES; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO 6 REDUCE PART TIME SALARY EXPENDITURES PREVIOUSLY BUDGETED IN 2020. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. The 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Program is amended to designate the status of and,in certain cases,re-designating the funding source for the projects/purchases as itemized above. Section 2. The City Manager is authorized to reduce spending in part-time salary expenditures previously budgeted in 2020. Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 13th day of April, 2020. ..
