AGREEMENT WITH WILSON AND COMPANY FOR A WATER SUPPLY
FEASIBILITY STUDY TO INVESTIGATE ADDITIONAL WATER SUPPLY SOURCES
FOR THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Wilson
land Company for a Water Feasibility Study to investigate additional water supply sources for the
City of Salina, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an amount not to exceed
1$20,230,00.
