June 16, 1978
The Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners met in the Commissioner s'
Room, City -County Building, on Friday, June 16, 1978, at eight o'clock A.M. for
the purpose of receiving bids for the construction of the ballfield complex in
Lower Indian Rock Park.
There were present:
Acting Mayor Karen Graves, Chairman presiding
Commissioner Dan S. Geis
Commissioner Gerald F. Simpson
comprising a quorum of the Board, also:
L. 0. Bengtson, City Attorney
Norris D. Olson, City Manager
D. L. Harrison, City Clerk
Absent:
Mayor Jack Weisgerber
Commissioner Keith G. Duckers

A MOTION was made by Commissioner Simpson, seconded by Commissioner
Geis that the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners be adjourned. Ayes:
(3). Nays: (0). Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:26 A.M.
