The Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners met in the Commission Meeting
Room, City -County Building, on Monday, November 23, 1981, at four o'clock p.m.
There were present:

CONSENT AGENDA
(6.1) Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting November 16, 1981.
(6.2) Cereal Malt Beverage license application filed by Beacon Realty '
Investment Company of Salina, d/b/a Hilton Inn, 5th at Iron. (1981 renewal
application)
(6.3) Resolution Number 81-3573 - establishing certain charges for the
operation of and sale of lots in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery, amending Resolution
Number 80-3492 and repealing the existing Resolution.

Section 11A-72, pertaining to the procedure for processing complaints by the
Human Relations Commission, and repealing the existing section.

Ordinance Number 81-8889, providing for the amendment of Section 11A-72 of the
Salina Code, pertaining to the procedure for processing complaints by the Human
Relations Commission, and repealing the existing section, be adopted. Aye:
Burgess, Duckers, Graves, Roth, Hodges (5). Nay: (0). Motion adopted.

the Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners be adjourned. Aye: (5). Nay:
(0). Motion adopted. The meeting adjourned at 4:02 p.m.
