(8.2) Consideration of proposed Housing Ordinance.
Dean Boone, 430 West Crawford, Chairman of the Citizen's Advisory

any other agency requires a Housing Code of any kind for Salina to participate in
federally funded Community Development Program. Until that day we did not know
this Code was not required. I will not be used to perpetuate unnecessary
regulations for any reason; and because of the aforestated and with respect to
the members of this Commission and members of the Citizen Advisory Committee,
feel it necessary to resign as Chairman of the Citizen's Advisory Committee.
Marilyn Urion, 920 West Ash, feels there is a need for a Housing Code.
